Cat will drop little balls of poop on the floor?

I have 2 cats and 1 cat in particular keeps dropping little bits of poop on the floor recently. I know that cats get dingleberries, but these definitely not dingleberries. Dingleberries are covered in hair or have hair on them, these ones are totally clean. Last night, my sister complained that her cat smelled terrible so we took a look at the cat this morning to try and get rid of it. The cat ended up smearing poop on the carpet, on my jeans and all down my arm. I decided I'd bathe her when I got home and now I am home. I found the turd on top of her scratching post with smears, there's smears on the laptop case and smears in my sister's bed along with a second turd. What's going on with my cat? D:<
