How do i get over my broken heart...?

My boyfriend broke up with me yesterday & i cant stop crying. I love him so much. He told me that he didnt derserve me, that he couldnt love me the way i wanted to be loved, & that i could do better. I miss him, im so heartbroken & shocked....
