UMMM I NEEED HELP :O PLEASE ANSWER?

ok i have a really big problem ( and butt ) so i am 36 weeks over due! the doctors said my baby could pop out anytime.. so does this mean if i take a turd my baby will plop out too?! cuz i dont want/need that! please answer!!!!!!!!
